针对原PCB钻靶装置定位流程繁琐、钻孔量少等缺点,设计了一台以全范围扫描方式代替红外线定位的新型PCB自动钻靶装置,并说明了其系统工作原理。为了进一步获得该装置有效扫描区间,对不同尺寸和厚度的PCB进行了摆放试验。在利用实验数据求出正偏移、角偏移和复合偏移三种情况下横向扩充值X和纵向扩充值Y计算通式的基础上,确定了不同类型PCB扫描扩充区间的最优解。%According to the original PCB drilling target device ’ s shortcomings of complicated process and little amount of drilling holes and so on. A new PCB automatic drilling target device with a way of entire range of scanning that instead of infrared positioning has designed. This paper explains the working principle of the system. The placement experiment contains different sizes and thickness of PCB has been carried in order to obtain the effective scan interval of this device. Then it uses the experimental data to get the gener-alized calculation formulas of lateral extended value X and vertical extended value Y under three situations of positive offset, angular offset and combined offset. Finally an optimal solution of the extended scanning in-terval of different types of PCB has determined.
