加工中心床头箱箱体双面镗孔组合机床设计∗

摘要

介绍了异型石材车铣加工中心床头箱箱体双面镗孔组合机床，绘制了“三图一卡”，设计了夹具及刚性主轴的结构尺寸。在流水线上同时完成两孔的加工，改善了加工精度及保证了相应的位置精度，同时大大提高了生产率，降低劳动强度，从而降低了零件的生产成本。%This paper introduces the double sides boring combination machine with the special-shaped stone turning and milling machining center headstock body, protracts the"three charts and a card", and designs the fixture and structure and size of rigid spindle. To improve the machining accuracy and ensure the corre-sponding position precision, two holes are machined at the same time on the assembly line, meanwhile it greatly improves the productivity and reduces labor intensity, thus reducing the production cost of the parts.
