基于热机耦合的气缸盖结构优化设计

     

摘要

发动机缸盖的结构对其工作可靠性有很大的影响,为提高缸盖的强度,首先建立了缸盖的三维模型,然后基于热机耦合原理分析了该缸盖结构的温度场与应力场,随后采用数值分析的正交实验法,构建了6因素5水平的正交实验表,通过极差分析方法中的综合平衡法得到缸盖关键部位尺寸的最优组合,最后对最优尺寸缸体结构进行了有限元仿真,结果表明,优化尺寸后的应力值比原始结构降低了15%,为缸盖的结构设计提供了一定的参考.%The structure of engine cylinder head has a great influence on its reliability.Firstly, 3D model of the cylinder head is established in order to improve the strength of cylinder head, then based on the principle of thermo mechanical coupling analysis of the temperature field and stress field of cylinder head structure.With using the orthogonal experiment method to construct 6 factors and 5 levels orthogonal experiment table.By range analysis method in the comprehensive balance method to obtain the optimal combination of the key parts of the cylinder head size.Finally, the optimal size of cylinder structure is analyzed by finite element simulation, the stress value of the optimal size than the original structure is reduced by 15% and providing a certain reference for the structure design of cylinder head.
