滚动直线导轨副的磨损预测模型与精度保持

         

摘要

针对滚动直线导轨副的精度保持性问题,对其在受垂直载荷条件下的磨损过程进行建模和仿真分析.基于Hertz接触理论建立滚动直线导轨副的接触变形,考虑受垂直载荷后上排滚珠和下排滚珠接触角的变化情况.由滚动直线导轨副的磨损机理可知粘着磨损和磨粒磨损在磨合阶段和稳定磨损阶段占据主导,运用Archard磨损理论和显微切削磨损理论分析了滚动直线导轨副的磨损过程,考虑在磨损过程中预紧力随着跑合距离的增加而逐渐变小,滚珠的接触角发生变化的情况,在此基础上建立了滑块垂直位移的磨损计算模型.选取国内滚动直线导轨副进行精度保持性对比试验,试验结果与仿真结果进行对比分析,验证了模型的正确性,进一步探究了磨损与精度之间的关系.%Aiming at the problem of accuracy retention of rolling linear guide, the modeling and simulation analysis of wear process under vertical load condition is carried out. Based on the Hertz contact theory, the contact deformation of the rolling linear guide is established, and the change of the contact angle of the up-per row and the lower ball is taken into account after the vertical load. According to the wear mechanism of the rolling linear guide, adhesion wear and abrasive wear are dominant in the running stage and the stable wear stage, the wear process of rolling linear guide is analyzed by using Archard wear theory and micro cut-ting wear theory, it is considered that the pretension force gradually becomes smaller as the running distance increases during the wear process, and the contact angle of the ball changes, on this basis, the wear calcula-tion model of the vertical displacement of the slider is established. The domestic rolling linear guide is used to conduct the accuracy retention test, and the experimental results are compared with the simulation results, which verifies correctness of the model, and the relationship between wear and accuracy is further explored.
