滚动直线导轨副精度保持性及磨损机理试验研究

     

摘要

针对滚动直线导轨副精度保持性问题,对DA45CL型号导轨进行加载运行试验.通过测试导轨副运行过程中滑块顶面相对于导轨安装基准的平行度及导轨副的摩擦力,分析得出导轨副在不同磨损阶段的精度变化过程.运用扫描电子显微镜探讨了滚珠与滚道接触表面的磨损机理,结果显示,在受力状态与运动特性的影响下,滚道表面的磨损分为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损,结合精度检测结果,得出相对于磨粒磨损,粘着磨损对精度的影响更大.最后,针对导轨副磨损机理,提出减小磨损的优化措施.%Aiming at the precision maintenance ability of the linear ball guides, a DA45CL linear guide was taken as object to be run under load condition.By measuring the parallelism of the slider top surface comparing to the installation benchmark and the friction of linear guide in different running distance, the accuracy change process of guide rail in different wear stage was analyzed.Then the wear mechanism of the contact surface between the ball and the roller was studied by SEM.The result shows that, under the influence of the stress state and the motion characteristics, the wear of the guide rail is divided into abrasive wear and adhesive wear.Combined with the accuracy test results, it is concluded that the influence of adhesive wear on the accuracy is larger than that of abrasive wear.Finally, According to the wear mechanism of the guide rail, the optimization measures are put forward.
