The 2.5MW wind turbine first stage planetary gear train transmission system is treated as the re-search object and the design parameters of the gear is optimized by KISSsoft,aiming at the improve of prod-uct reliability and service life. The mathematical model, with the minimum bending fatigue strength safety factor,the minimum tooth surface contact fatigue strength safety factor and the center distance as the con-straint condition, is constructed, which takes slip rate and flash temperature as the objective function. By comparing the results before and after optimization,it is found that the mechanical strength of the planetary gear train is improved,with better carrying capacity. The sliding rate and the flash temperature curve are ob-viously improved,leads to the improvement of pitting corrosion resistance and scuffing resistance.%以2.5MW风力发电机组第一级行星轮系传动系统为对象,使用KISSsoft软件对齿轮设计参数进行优化研究,旨在提高产品可靠性和使用寿命.构建了以最小齿根弯曲疲劳强度安全系数、最小齿面接触疲劳强度安全系数和中心距为约束条件,以滑动率和闪温为目标函数的数学模型.对比优化前后的数据,发现行星轮系在整体体积微调的情况下,力学强度得到了改善,具有了更好的承载能力.滑动率及闪温曲线明显改善,提高了齿轮副啮合时的抗点蚀及抗胶合性能.
