文章选择了4所本科院校的340名教师进行问卷调查,基于创新扩散理论,借助结构方程模型对高校教师接受混合式学习的影响因素进行分析.研究发现:影响高校教师接受混合式学习的因素是相对优势、兼容性、易用性、学校支持和传播渠道,并且各因素和使用意愿之间的关系会受到教师创新类型的影响.在此基础上,提出高校应加强对混合式学习的支持、开展常态化的教师混合式学习培训、积极创建混合式学习校园文化和按照教师创新类型分阶段逐步推广的提升策略.%A total of 340 teachers from four universities were invited to participate in this study and answered the questionnaire. Based on the Diffusion of Innovations Theory, this paper explored the influential factors of college teachers' acceptance towards blended learning by structural equation model. Statistical results revealed that the influential factors were relative advantage, compatibility, ease of use, institute support, and communication channels. Moreover, the relationship between those factors and the willingness to use is affected by teachers' innovation types. Several promotion strategies are suggested, including enhancing the institutes' support to the blended learning, developing routine training of blended learning, actively creating blended learning campus culture and individually phasing in according to teachers' innovation styles.
