大学校长的身份：承认、危机与选择

摘要

在当代中国大学校长职业的发展历程中，对大学校长特定身份内涵的错误承认，导致了大学校长的身份危机问题。化解危机之道在于必须把这个表征的意义从整体上给予理解，把其置入一个特定意义中，赋予大学校长对其身份进行一个建基于符合大学人文精神的、具有特定价值的正确选择，以一个人文精神使者和文化权利守望者的身份在教育家办学语境中求索并坚守其身份选择的标准，这是大学校长成为职业教育家的逻辑前提。%The error recognition on connotation of university president specific identity that led to the university president’s identity crisis in the course of career development of contemporary Chinese university president. Way to defuse the crisis is that understand overally this issue in a particular environment ,given its university conducted a built in line with the university of identity-based human spirit ,the right choice with a specific value,and quest or hold in the context of school educators and stick to their identity selection criteria that with a humanistic spirit messenger and cultural rights watchers ,which is to become a professional educator of the logical premise.
