校企协同育人的机制和模式研究

         

摘要

Univerisites,enterprises and scientific research institutions establish work ideas about“ One Platform, Two Emphases,Three Adapations, Four Transitions”,which can be seen as School-Enterprise cooperative education forerunner. Basing on this point,strive to build the dynamic mechanism( motivation) ,incentive mechanism,Commu-nication and coordination mechanism,and Protection and restraint mechanism,and break institutional barriers of School-Enterprise cooperative education. According to different levels,this paper divides the mode of School-Enter-prise cooperative education into three parts:Project demand patterns,cooperated platform patterns,and strategic al-liance model which builds“ Five-Together-In-One”in order to solves effective methods of enterprises and scientific research institutions participate in the university personnel training.%建立“一平台、两重点、三适应、四转变”的工作思路,是校企协同育人的先导。在此基础上,着力构建紧密、稳定、深层次的校企合作育人的运行机制,包括动力机制、激励机制、沟通与协调机制和保障与约束机制,破解校企协同育人的机制性障碍。按照层次高低,可将校企协同育人的模式分为项目需求模式、平台互助模式和战略联盟模式,其中在战略联盟模式下构建“五共一体”的校企合作育人体系,是推进校企协同育人的有效途径。
