书写反思日记及反思指导对新护士临床决策能力的影响

     

摘要

目的 探讨书写反思日记及反思指导对新护士临床决策能力的影响.方法 将2013年7月-2014年6月本院241名新护士设为对照组,对其实施传统培训方法;将2014年7月-2015年7月本院248名新护士设为实验组,在对照组基础上指导其书写反思日记并进行反思指导.干预1年后采用护理专业本科生临床决策能力测量问卷对两组新护士进行测评.结果 干预后实验组新护士总临床决策能力以及临床思维、知识结构、护患沟通能力得分均高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 书写反思日记及反思指导不仅能调动新护士学习知识的主动性和积极性,而且还可激发其对临床护理问题的深入思考,对新护士临床决策能力的提升具有一定的促进作用.%Objective To investigate the effects of reflection diary training on nurse's clinical decision-making capability.Methods A total of 489 nurses in our hospital were enrolled in the study for tests of their clinical decision capability between July 2013 and July 2015.Two hundred forty-eight of them were set as the experiment group and two hundred forty-one of them were set as the control group at random.The reflection diary training was applied in the experiment group for one year.Result After intervention,the scores on clinical decision-making ability,clinical thinking,knowledge structure,ability in nurse-patient communication were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The reflection diary training can improve nurse's clinical decision-making capability and inspire their clinical thinking about the nursing problems.
