激光烧蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱法应用于低合金钢焊缝中元素分布分析

     

摘要

了解合金元素在熔合线附近的分布情况及存在形式有助于确定焊材对熔合区淬硬倾向等性能的影响.通过优化仪器的工作参数建立了用激光烧蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(LA-ICP-MS)测定低合金钢中Al、Ti、V、Ni等元素含量的方法,并将所建立的方法应用于焊缝及其附近母材的Al、Ti、V、Ni等元素含量的变化趋势研究.研究结果表明,这些合金元素的含量在熔合线附近存在着明显的过渡区间(95~360μm),且其含量在焊缝金属与母材中差别越大,焊缝中的过渡区间就越宽.%The understanding of distribution analysis and existing form of alloying elements near fusion line was helpful to confirm the influence of welding materials on the properties of fusion area such as hardenability tendency. By optimizing the working parameters of instrument, the determination method of Al, Ti, V and Ni in low alloy steel by LA-ICP-MS was established. The proposed method was applied to the study on change tendency of element contents (Al, Ti, V and Ni) in welding line and adjacent base metal. The results showed that, the content of these alloying elements had obvious transition interval (95~360 μm) near fusion line. Moreover, the larger the difference of content between welding line metal and base metal was, the wider the transition interval in welding line was.
