The laser has a density of 109 W/cm2, and surface diameter of a less than 100 mu m. The standard solutions are sputtered with a microspayer (3) into the plasma product by the laser ablation. The solution (less than mu l/min) is added by spraying pumps. An independent claim is also included for a device by using the above method.
