论转型期高校科学发展的战略思考

摘要

With the higher education entered into the new reform and development period,on the one hand,the universities should adapt to the economic and social development pattern of China;on the other hand,the university should initiatively achieve the substantive change in the development concept,the training model and management strategy.In the development concept,under the premise of the requirements to comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development,the university should strive to create the atmosphere of ＂the innovation development,the open development and the harmonious development＂;in management strategy,the university should vigorously implement the strategies of ＂running the university by the quality,thriving the university by the characteristics,strengthening the university by academic,becoming the elite university by the talent＂.%随着高等教育进入新的改革期、发展期,高校一方面要适应我国经济社会发展方式的转变,另一方面要主动实现发展理念、人才培养模式和管理战略的实质性转变。在发展理念方面,要在全面贯彻落实科学发展观的各项要求的前提下,努力营造＂创新发展、开放发展、和谐发展＂的氛围;在管理战略方面,要大力实施＂质量立校、特色兴校、学科强校、人才名校＂战略。
