校园文化是伴随着学校的出现而产生的一种文化形态。在高等教育扩招的背景下，高校校园文化建设与以往相比出现了复杂化、难度增加的特征。在新时期，高校应重视建设以下四种形态的校园文化：以提高学生综合素质为题的校园“素质文化”；以师生职业发展为题的校园“和谐文化”；以“文化校园”为题的校园“创新文化”；以发展规划为题的校园“发展文化”。%The campus culture is a form of culture accompanied the school created. In the new period, colleges and universities should pay attention to constructing the campus culture in the following four forms ： the campus ＂quality culture＂ that improving the overall quality of students, the campus ＂harmonious culture＂ that keying on the occupation development of teacher and students, the campus ＂innovation culture, that taking the ＂campus culture＂ as the theme＂ the campus ＂development culture＂ that aiming to the development plan.
