目的:了解湖北省某医学院校两所附属医院住院医师规范化培训阶段,不同学历学员对带教师资能力和素质的需求。方法:设计调查问卷表,调查湖北省某医学院校两所附属医院92名参加住院医师培训的学员对带教师资能力和素质的要求,并运用SPSS17.0软件对调查结果进行分析。结果:不同学历的住院医师对带教教师的大部分能力和素质要求基本一致,但也有一定区别。其中本科生学历的住院医师对带教教师在高精尖技术方面的了解掌握程度以及与患者、同事、被带教者之间的交流能力的要求明显高于研究生学历的住院医师,而研究生学历的住院医师对师资的政治面貌要求较高。结论:应持续不断地加强带教师资能力和素质的培养,以满足规范化培训中不同学历背景的住院医师对带教师资的需求,促进住院医师培训的有效开展。%Objective: To understand the requirements of clinical teachers'qualification among the standard training resident with different education background in a provincial medical university.Methods:92 cases of resident trainees in two hospitals affiliated to Hubei medical uni-versity were investigated by the questionnaires.The results were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results:92 effectual questionnaires were assigned and received.Participants of the different educational background had similar requirements to the education teachers about the overall qualities, but there were some differences.Resident trainees with bachelor's degree required more on the understanding, mastery of sophisticated technology and skills communication with patients, colleagues and resident trainees than that with master's degree and the above, while the master's residents re-quired more teacher's political background.Conclusion: Abilities and qualification of clinical teachers should be continuously strengthened to meet the trainees'demands of different educational background in order to promote training effectively.
