红细胞输注效果的影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the reasons of red blood cell invalid transfusions, provide evidence for safe and effective transfusions. Methods Review and analysis on the invalid blood transfusions in six months in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital was done. Results The invalid red blood cell transfusions were unrelated with gender and ages, but affected by the number of previously transfusions( one pregnancy was counted as a blood transfusion ), the storage time and red blood cell product category. Conclusion Minimizing the number of transfusions, the correct selection of fresh red blood cell products can reduce transfusion inefficiency.%目的 分析红细胞输注无效的原因,为临床红细胞的安全有效输注提供依据.方法 回顾性总结分析本院半年内无效输血与可能因素之间的关系.结果 红细胞无效输注与性别、年龄无关,多见于血液病和地贫患者,与既往输血次数(妊娠一次计算为一次输血)、红细胞制品贮存时间以及红细胞制品品种有关.结论 尽量减少输血次数,正确选用新鲜的红细胞制品可降低红细胞输注无效率.
