Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Alprostadil combined with Praziquantel on schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis.Method:From August 2016 to December 2017,102 patients with schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,according to the random table method,51 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Praziquantel, the patients in the treatment group were treated with Praziquantel combined with Alprostadil.The changes of liver function,serum liver fibrosis indexes after treatment were analyzed.Result:The negative rate of fecal eggs was 90.20% in the treatment group,and 86.27% in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TBil,A/G ratio were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the A/G ratio in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the ALT,AST,TBil level were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);after treatment,the levels of Ⅳ-C,PC-Ⅲ,HA,LN and Child-Pugh score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).治疗前,两组患者ALT、AST、TBil、A/G比值水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者A/G比值高于对照组, ALT、AST、TBil水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者Ⅳ-C、PC-Ⅲ、HA、LN水平及Child-Pugh评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:前列地尔联合吡喹酮治疗血吸虫性肝纤维化可促进粪便虫卵转阴,改善患者肝脏功能,减轻患者肝脏纤维化.
