PBL教学在外科学中的教学改革初探

             

摘要

目的:探讨PBL教学模式在外科学教学中的应用。方法:根据教学内容和教学目标,编写教学案例,并以小组为单位,对案例中设计的学习问题进行讨论,最后由学生通过查阅文献和查找资料进行总结汇报,由教师进行补充和反馈教学效果。通过问卷对PBL模式教学进行调查和评价。结果:93.3%的同学认为PBL模式的教学可以提高其学习能力,86.7%的同学认为可以提高协作能力和学习兴趣。结论:在外科学中应用PBL教学激发了学生的学习能力、学习兴趣、协作能力、分析能力和思维能力等,为外科学的教育改革提供了必要的参考。%Objective:To explore the application of PBL in clinical teaching in surgery.Method:Teaching cases were designed based on teaching objectives and contents,the related issues were widely discussed in groups.After consulting the documents and materials,all issues were primarily summarized and reported by students and then completed and responded by teachers.Finally the effectiveness of PBL was investigated and evaluated through questionnaires.Result:93% of all students believed PBL could raise their learning ability and 86.7% of the students thought this teaching mode could improve their collaborative capability and studying interest.Conclusion:The application of PBL in surgery clinical teaching could stimulate students,studying ability,learning interest,collaborative capability,analytical ability and thinking skills,which gives a direction for the reformation of surgical education.
