1000例老年患者椎管内麻醉临床分析

摘要

目的探讨1000例老年患者椎管内麻醉的临床效果。方法选取2010年11月~2013年11月于我院实施手术治疗的老年患者1000例，随机分为观察组(500例)与对照组(500例)，观察组采用利多卡因与罗哌卡因联合麻醉，对照组单纯采用利多卡因实施常规麻醉，对比两组临床效果。结果观察组的疼痛评分及不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(3.73±0.81 vs 5.75±1.53，2.0%vs 19.6%)，且肌松优良率明显高于对照组(97.8%vs66.4%)，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论对老年手术患者实施利多卡因+罗哌卡因联合麻醉，可有效改善患者的肌松质量，提高镇痛效果，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of 1000 cases of spinal anesthesia in elderly patients.Methods 1000 elderly patients from 2010 November to 2013 November in our hospital operation treated patients,were randomly divided into observation group (500 cases) and control group (500 cases),the observation group was treated with lidocaine and ropivacaine combined anesthesia, control group were implemented using conventional,compared two groups of clinical ef ect.Results The observation group pain score and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.73±0.81vs5.75±1.53,2.0%vs19.6%),and muscle relaxants are excellent and good rate was significantly higher than the control group (97.8%vs66.4%), <0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion The implementation of lidocaine+ropivacaine in elderly patients with combined anesthesia operation,can ef ectively improve the patient's muscle quality,enhance the analgesic ef ect,less adverse reaction,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
