急性白血病患者血清中SDF-1、IL-3水平测定的临床价值

Objective To investigate the serum levels of stromal cellderived factor-1 (SDF-1) and interleukin-3 (IL-3) in patients with acute leukemia and their clinical significance. Methods ELISA method was used to detect the serum levels of SDF-1 and IL-3 in 102 patients with acute leukemia and 30 healthy volunteers. Results The serum level of SDF-1 in the patients with acute leukemia was higher than that of the healthy volunteers, but the serum level of IL-3 in the patients with acute leukemia was lower than that of the healthy volunteers (P<0.05). The serum level of SDF-1 was negatively related with the serum level of IL-3 in the patients with acute leukemia (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of SDF-1 and IL-3 are abnormal in patients with acute leukemia, and can be used to evaluate the progression of acute leukemia.%目的：探讨急性白血病患者血清中基质细胞衍生因子-1（SDF-1）、白介素-3（IL-3）水平变化在急性白血病诊断中的临床价值。方法采用ELISA法测定102例急性白血病患者和30例健康体检者血清中SDF-1、IL-3水平。结果急性白血病患者血清中 SDF-1水平高于健康体检者，而 IL-3水平低于健康体检者（P<0.05）。急性白血病患者血清中SDF-1、IL-3水平呈负相关关系（r=0.834，P<0.05）。结论急性白血病患者血清中SDF-1、IL-3均存在异常表达，可用于急性白血病病情监测。
