Effects of high pressure and aging treatments on electrical conductivity of Cu-Cr alloy were studied. The results show that high pressure treatment could decrease electrical conductivity of the Cu-Cr alloy, however, high pressure treatment followed by optimum aging treatment could increase the electrical conductivity and remarkably shorten aging time to reach higher electrical conductivity. The higher electrical conductivity, 18. 76 MS · m-1 , could be obtained after the alloy was treated with 3 GPa pressure and followed by aging at 500 C for 2 h.%研究了高压和时效处理对铜铬合金电导率的影响.结果表明:高压处理能降低合金的电导率,而高压处理后再经适当的时效处理能提高合金的电导率,并能显著缩短电导率达到较高值所需的时效时间;合金经3 GPa压力处理后再在500℃时效2h,可获得较高的电导率,为18.76 MS· m-1.
