摘要：通过烧结杯试验，研究了不同活性生石灰在烧结中的作用效果，并简单分析了其作用机理。研究结果表明：生石灰是铁矿烧结中必不可少的添加剂，高活性生石灰能显著提高烧结矿产质量。添加5％高活性生石灰A，烧结矿成品率为73．65％，转鼓强度为66．67％，燃烧速度为22．95 mm／min，利用系数为1．47 t／（ m2·h），固体燃耗55．66 kg／t。根据烧结矿矿物组成和微观结构，高活性生石灰的烧结矿铁酸钙含量高，且以理想的针状结晶形态存在，针状铁酸钙分布在整个烧结矿中，以网状结构与赤铁矿和磁铁矿颗粒紧密交织，使烧结矿内部结构均质紧密。随着高活性生石灰用量增加，烧结矿中铁酸钙含量增多，其形态从粒状、条状转变成条状、板状再转变成针状。%The function and mechanism of quicklime with different activities in sintering were investigated through sintering cup tests. The results show that the quicklime is an essential additive in iron ore sintering and the quicklime with high activity can significantly improve the quality of sintered products. By adding 5% high activity quicklime A, the yield ratio, tumbling index, sintering speed, capacity factor and fuel consumption can reach to 73.65%, 66.67%, 22.95 mm/min, 1.47 t/( m2 ·h) and 55.66 kg/t, respectively. According to the mineral composition and microstructure of the sintered ores, the calcium ferrite in the ore sintered by high activity quicklime is high in content and exists in an ideal morphology of acicular crystal, distributing throughout the sintered ore and closely interweaving with hematite and magnetite particles as netted structure, so that the sintered ore has a homogenous and dense internal structure. With an increase in the dosage of high activity quicklime, the calcium ferrite content increases, with its morphology from granular and strip structure changed to strip and plate, then to acicular one.
