电动汽车偏置碰撞安全性改进的台车方法

         

摘要

Sled test scheme is designed aiming at the problem oj bumper and crash that can tear in 40% offset deformable barrier (ODB )crash of an electric vehicle.Based on the electric vehicle model, the sled CAE model is built and ODB crash test of sled is conducted at equivalent speed,which is obtained by simulations. In simulation and test, the bumper deformation of the sled and vehicle matches well.And reasonable relevance between the sled test and vehicle test is verified through analyzing and comparing the section force of bumper and crash can,which makes it possible to solve the tearing problem on the basis of the sled test scheme. The sled test can significantly reduce test cost and enhance the development efficiency.%针对某纯电动汽车在40%偏置碰撞试验中出现的保险杠和吸能盒撕裂问题,设计了台车试验方案.基于电动车整车模型,建立了台车的CAE模型,通过多次计算仿真,得到台车的等效速度,并按照等效速度对台车模型进行了偏置碰撞试验.仿真和实验中,台车系统的保险杠变形与整车偏置碰撞的变形基本一致,且通过分析吸能盒和纵梁的截面力峰值,验证了台车试验和整车实验的相关性.为基于子系统试验优化保险杠和吸能盒提供了依据,该系统的设计降低了试验成本,提高了优化效率.
