基于PID控制优化电动助力转向系统研究及仿真

     

摘要

通过对电动助力转向系统结构及工作原理的分析,完善了基于PID控制的电动助力转向系统动力学模型,提出转矩信息和基于PID控制策略的电机控制信息的融合方法,解决了在控制过程中系统内部信息融合和优化问题,提高了电动助力转向系统的安全性和稳定性.并采用MATLAB进行了模型仿真,初步获得了较好的仿真效果.仿真结果表明,基于该模型的控制策略,在不同的车速情况下有效的改善了方向盘转矩输出,增加了转向过程中的灵巧性和实时性.%Through analyzing system structure and working principle of electric power steering,a dynamics model of electric power steering system based on PID control was perfected,and the torque information and the information fusion method based on the PID control strategy for motor control were proposed,which solve the problem of the internal information system integration and optimization in the control process,and the security and stability of the electric power steering system was improved.Meamuhile the model was simulated by Matlab.and α better simulation results was obtained,The simulation results show that the output of steering wheel torque of the model-based control strategy was improved effectively under different speed,and dexterity and stability in steering was enhanced.
