管道过滤装置流场数值模拟及其结构优化设计

         

摘要

Internal flow field of 2FXG-32 filter for XYZ-150 lubricant machine was simulated by using CFD. Structure optimization was made for the filter based on the simulation results. The results indicate that after optimization, flow phenomenon in the filter, such as whirlpool and stagnant water zones, is decreased. The energy loss is reduced, effectively filtration area is increased and filtration efficiency is improved. The optimized filter has compact structure and the cost of production and manufacture is reduced.%采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对XYZ-150润滑站所使用的2FXG-32型过滤装置内流场进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果优化过滤装置结构.结果表明:经过结构优化后的过滤装置内的漩涡、死水区等水流状况减小,能量损失减少;有效过滤面积增大,过滤效率提高;结构紧凑,生产和制造成本降低.
