基于 PROFIBUS的 FMS控制系统设计

         

摘要

Based on PROFIBUSDP and suitable configuration software and other network communication technology,a control system was constructed for FMS. The net information of each branch was collected and the various RACES actions were coordinated by PROFIBUSDP. So the integrated control of the FMS was realized. The machine center,CNC lathe,welding robots and material units were made as a organic whole. The overall plan and working process of the FMS were introduced,and the design of the control system was illustrated. The actual operation proves that the system has good reliability and flexibility.%  基于PROFIBUSDP总线及开发型组态软件等网络通讯技术,构建柔性制造系统的控制系统,该控制系统的主控制单元通过总线通讯采集各分站信息,并协调各个分站动作,实现了对柔性制造系统的集成控制,使加工中心、数控车床、焊接机器人等加工单元及物料单元联成一个有机整体。介绍该柔性制造系统的整体方案和工作流程,并重点阐述控制系统的设计。实际运行证明,该系统具有很好的可靠性和柔性。
