双工位卧式加工中心自动交换工作台定位装置分析

摘要

The structure and work principle of positioning device of auto-change table for double station horizontal machining center were introduced. The errors were analyzed, and the methods to improve the positioning accuracy of the changing tables were presented. The accuracy coherence problem of random changing table of big size machining center is solved.%介绍一种双工位卧式加工中心交换工作台的定位装置结构和工作原理,并对其进行误差分析,给出提高交换工作台定位精度的方法,解决了大规格加工中心工作台任意交换的精度一致性问题.
