An impact-testing device with an energy storage spring is designed for testing the penetration fuze with the impact of the amplitude larger than 5 000 g and the 2ms pulse width. The mechanical theory about the impact-testing device is given, and the main structural parameters are set up, according to the theory and calculation methods of the sine simulation. The simulation software, ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the process of impact and test the feasibility of the design principle of the test device.%为对侵彻弹引信机构进行加速度幅值大于5000 g,脉宽大于2 ms的冲击检测,设计了一种带储能弹簧的冲击试验装置.给出了冲击试验装置的机械实现原理,根据半正弦波机械模拟的理论及计算方法,对主要结构参数进行了设计.应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对冲击过程进行了有限元建模仿真,证明了该试验装置的设计原理上是可行的.
