PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a contact time between a contact part of a head member and an object easily adjustable so that a frequency applied to the object can be easily changed.;SOLUTION: A head member 11 having a contact part 12 for colliding with an object 10 at its end part; an elastic support member 13 having one end connected to an outside of the head member 11 and the other end extending in a direction away from a central axis of the head member 11 that passes through the center of the contact part 12 in parallel with a collision direction of the head member 11 relative to the object 10; and a spindle 14 supported by the elastic support member 13 are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
