When the force feedback dataglove is designed based on electric magnet, the electric magnet should be broken all over the place of the tube. Base on the research on traditional mechanical barking system, this paper conceives that the ordinary electric magnet is used to break it, researches on its structure and uses some engineering empirical formula to work out the electric magnet force. The result is that the braking system can give 5 N feedback force to the dataglove based on the electric magnet.%根据基于磁场力力反馈数据手套力反馈装置的设计要求,需要其活动部分在导管中任意位置的止动,在分析传统机械制动机构的基础上,构思设计了一种通过电磁铁制动的装置.利用电磁铁磁力计算的传统经验公式法对制动装置进行受力分析,对其进行结构设计,实验数据表明该制动装置可以达到5N的反馈力制动.
