研究振动打桩机的同步控制,针对液压系统的非线性、时变性、模型的不确定性,设计模糊PID控制器,利用其算法简单、鲁棒性好和可靠性高等特点,提高系统的控制精度和稳定性.实验结果表明:模糊PID控制器相较于普通PID控制器具有更高的控制精度和稳定性.%This paper researchs on vibration pile driver's synchronous control and in view of the nonlinear, time-varying and model uncertainty of the hydraulic system , designs a fuzzy PID controller to improve the control precision and stability of system with its simple algorithm, good robustness and high reliability characteristics. Experiment result shows that Fuzzy PID controller has higher control precision and stability compared with PID controller.
