According to the requirements of a science and technology museum,a guide service robot is designed. The robot is com ̄posed of a mechanical system, motion control system and sensor system. The mechanical structure of the robot is built, a motion control scheme is proposed based on researches on motion control card and stepping motor,a scheme of line searching and naviga ̄tion is designed based on the photoelectric sensor, and through the test and debugging, the line navigation program is optimized. Through experiments,the designed robot can be used to complete the welcome, line tracking navigation and voice guide function,and fulfils the expected requirements.%针对某科技馆提出的要求,设计了一种导游服务型机器人。该机器人由机械系统、运动控制系统、传感器系统组成。完成了移动底盘、手臂、头部等机械结构设计;通过对运动控制卡和步进电机特性的研究提出运动控制方案;设计了一种基于光电传感器的寻线导航方案,并通过试验调试对寻线导航方案进行优化。实验证明,机器人能够完成礼貌迎宾、巡线导航和语音导游功能。
