深沟球轴承的轴向承载能力对其使用性能和寿命有重要影响.通过MATLAB软件,在安全接触角范围内对深沟球轴承轴向载荷的计算公式进行数值分析,以快速、有效地设计出符合使用需求的许用轴向载荷以及相应的深沟球轴承尺寸参数,为深沟球轴承的设计制造以及合理选用提供方便.%The axial bearing capacity of deep groove ball bearing has important influence on its performance and life.MATLAB software is used to make the numerical analysis for the calculation formula of axial load of deep groove ball bearing within the scope of safety contact and quickly and effectively set up the appropriate dimension parameters of the deep groove ball bearing meeting the requirement of the axial load.A convenient method is provided for the design,manufacture and reasonable selection of the deep groove ball bearing.
