不同电池布置的纯电动汽车平顺性与振动分析研究

             

摘要

纯电动汽车动力电池是汽车驱动能量的唯一来源.现有纯电动汽车动力电池普遍质量重、体积大,电池的布置方式对整车平顺性与振动都会产生显著影响.对市面某款乘用电动汽车方案建立底盘动力电池布置方案虚拟样机模型,对不同方案的振动平顺性进行研究分析,寻求较好的动力电池布置方案.在3种布置方案中加入柔性连接进行振动试验,将试验结果与原布置方案试验结果进行对比,结果显示柔性连接优化改善了振动特性,可为电动汽车底盘布置设计提供相关参考.%Power battery is the only driving energy resource of pure electric vehicle.The shortcomings of its current batteries are heavy weight,large volume and difficult layout,which have significant impact on its ride comfort and vibration.This paper aims at building the power battery layout models of the pure electric vehicle and analyzing the ride comfort and vibration to obtain the optimal way of the battery layout.And then,three layout schemes with the flexible connection are put into the vibration test.The results with the flexible connection are compared with ones withe the rigid connection.The result indicates that flexible connection can be used to improve the vibration characteristics significantly.The reference is given to the related design for the chassis layout of the electric vehicle.
