在由甲酰胺、KCl构成的电解液体系中,通过液相等离子体电解碳氮共渗技术在新型TC21钛合金表面制备Ti(C,N)渗层.通过SEM、XRD、EDS、显微硬度计、三维轮廓仪、球盘摩擦磨损试验机,对渗层的形貌、成分、硬度、摩擦及磨损性能等进行了测试.结果表明,可以通过PECN技术在TC21表面制备出厚3~5μm的多孔状碳氮渗层,渗层晶粒尺寸达到亚微米级别,渗层硬度可以达到1 142HV0.01,渗层在干摩擦条件下的摩擦系数(约0.3)低于TC21基体(约0.6),同时耐磨性显著提升.%In this paper,the DC power is employed in the experiment in a mixed organic solution of formamide [HCONH2] and potassium chloride [KCl].The carbonitride coating on TC21 titanium alloy is made by the liquid phase plasma electrolytic carbonitriding.The SEM,XRD,EDS,micro hardness tester,3D profilemeter and pin on disc friction tester are used to investigate the carbonitride layer's morphology,ingredient,hardness,friction and wear resistance properties.The results show that it is possible to prepare the 3-5 μm thickness of the porous carbonitride layer on TC21 titanium alloy,with the grain size of submicron level;its microhardness is about 1 142HV0.01 and its friction coefficient under the dry friction condition (~0.3) is much lower than that of TC21 substrate (~0.6);at the same time,the wear resistance performance is improved.
