针对直升机复合材料桨叶填充物几何建模效率低、工作繁琐重复的问题,提出了一种自动三维几何建模方法.该方法充分利用填充物是一种随形结构的特点,通过桨叶蒙皮、大梁、后缘条等外围组件内表面包围形成填充物封闭外表面,最终通过填充物外表面生成填充物实体.实例验证表明,该方法能够快速、高效地实现复合材料桨叶翼型段填充物的三维几何建模.%To improve the efficiency of the geometric modeling of the filler in helicopter rotor blades, an automatical 3D modeling method is presented. This paper makes full use of the the 3D forming characteristics of the filler with other structure in this method and uses the peripheral components of the filler, such as skin, beam and trailing edge strip to form the envelop surface of the filler, and then constructs the 3D solid model of the filler. Experiments indicate that the proposed method can be used to construct the geo-metric model of composite blade airfoil filler efficiently.
