教育现代化的环境下教师教科研能力的培养和提高研究

摘要

随着我国经济建设的不断加强，我国的各行各业都在向现代化进行发展，尤其是教育行业，更应当与时俱进，才能更好的培养人才。人才的培养当然离不开教师的教导，教师水平的高低直接会影响到学生的学习水平。文中将从我国目前教师科研能力现存的问题和以何种方法提升教师科研能力这两方面对教育现代化环境下教师科研能力的培养和提升做出进一步的研究。%Along with our country economy continue to strengthen the building of our country ,in all walks of life to modern development ,especially in the education industry ,more should advance with the times ,cultivating talents can be better .Training of personne .Training of personnel of course cannot do without the teacher's teaching , the teachers level directly affect student learning level .Below we will from our current teachers'scientific research ability in the existing problems and the methods to improve the teachers'scientific research ability and enhance the training of teachers'ability of scientific research of education modernization environment these two aspects to make further study .
