The logistics industry is one of the emerging service industries ,the development of the industry is at a critical period of upgrading .In the development of the logistics industry and the improvement of quality ,it is facing many obstacles and deep-rooted problems .The contradiction between the needs of human resources and the realities of logistics personnel training have become increasingly prominent .In this paper ,using the implementation of logistics management integration teaching security system as the starting point ,and using the national standards for the training of skilled personnel as the theoretical basis ,the paper further explores the teaching of logistics management integration measures to protect the construction of the teaching system , it provides a useful reference for the implementation of relevant professional integration of teaching security system .%物流业是我国一项新兴的服务产业，该产业的发展正处于产业升级的关键时期，在物流产业的发展质量不断提升的同时，也面临着许多阻碍物流产业发展的深层次问题，其中该产业的发展对于人才需求与现实物流人才培养的滞后矛盾日益突出。文中就是以物流管理一体化课程教学实施保障体系建设为切入点，以国家技能人才培养标准为理论依据，进一步地探讨物流管理一体化课程教学实施保障体系建设的措施，为相关专业一体化课程教学实施保障体系建设提供一个有益的借鉴。
