双轮底丢糟和黄浆水生产新法白酒

介绍了以浓香型白酒生产过程中废弃的双轮底丢糟和黄浆水为主要原料生产新法白酒的原料配比、生产工艺、控制参数、成品酒的质量和经济效益。该生产方法既增加了原有产量,又降低了成本,经济效益极为显著。%The liquor produced by new technology was manufactured by the abandoned lees and serofluid of double bottom fermentation in Luzhou flavor liquor making as raw material. The ratio of raw materials, production technology, control parameters, quality of liquor product and economic benefits were introduced. This method used here not only increased original production but also reduced the cost which has obvious economic benefits.
