In this study, in order to improve the quality of low-alcohol Nongxiang Bajiu(liquor) after filtration, self-made filtrating equipment was applied and the corresponding filtration technology was improved. The results suggested that, the pass rates of 38%vol product liquor and 45%vol product liquor were 97.8%and 96.9%respectively, and liquor body was stable, the loss of flavoring components in liquor body re-duced greatly, and liquor taste was harmonious which met product quality requirements.%为提高低度成品酒过滤后的质量,自制过滤设备、改进过滤工艺并应用于低度成品酒的后处理.结果表明,38%vol和45%vol成品酒合格率分别达到97.8%和96.9%,酒体稳定性好,主体风味成分损失大为降低,口感协调,达到企业产品质量要求.
