中国白酒三十年发展报告(上)

     

摘要

新中国成立后,我国白酒业的发展也迎来全新的篇章。在建国初的35年间,我国的酒企经过了合并重组、技术创新发展、品牌打造等几个重要的阶段,为后续的发展奠定了坚实的基础。从1985年开始,我国白酒业迎来了较为快速的发展时期,主要有骨干龙头企业的快速发展、区域名优品牌的崛起、创新技术的深度开发、调整期及“黄金十年”繁荣期。近30年的发展,已使得白酒业成为了我国重要的国民经济增长点,并且在科研、人才队伍建设、产业集群打造、质量安全等方面取得了明显成效。%With the founding of the PRC, Chinese Baijiu industry entered a new historical stage. In the first 35 years after the founding of the PRC, Chinese Baijiu enterprises went through merger, reorganization, technical innovation and brand-building, which laid a solid foundation for future development. After 1985, Chinese Baijiu industry entered a period of fast development. In this period, leading Baijiu enterprises de-veloped rapidly, regional brands sprang up, new technology was developed, and Chinese Baijiu industry enjoyed a ten-year“golden age”. In the last 30 years, Chinese Baijiu industry has contributed greatly to China’s economic growth, and achieved remarkable success in scientific re-search, personnel training, industrial cluster construction and quality safety management.
