青稞酒中甲醇含量的测定方法研究

             

摘要

利用气相色谱法测定青稞酒中甲醇的含量.采用毛细管柱CP-Wax57CB(50 m×0.25 mm×0.2μm)分离,用氢火焰检测器检测.载气:氮气,流速:40 mL/min;燃气为:氢气,流速:100 mL/min;进样口温度200℃,柱温50℃,程序升温:50℃,保持3 min;5℃/min升至180℃,保持2 min,检测器温度22℃,用外标法定量.结果表明,在0.02~0.4 g/100 mL的线性范围良好,线性关系:y=1.58342×106x-2448.85,相关系数为0.9998,加标回收率为97.5%~105.0%,检出限为0.0002 g/100 mL,该方法准确度高,操作简单,稳定性好.%The content of methanol in highland barley liquor was measured by GC. The technical conditions were summed up as follows:CP-Wax57CB capillary column with size of 50 m×0.25 mm×0.2μm, FID detector;nitrogen was the carrier gas with its flowing speed as 40 mL/min, the flowing speed of fuel gas (hydrogen) was 100 mL/min;the entry temperature was at 200℃, the column temperature was at 50℃, the programmed temperature was at 50℃ for 3 min, then temperature rise to 180℃ at the speed of 5℃/min and temperature at 180℃ hold for 2 min, the detector temperature was at 220℃, and the content was calculated by external standard method. The results showed that, the linear relationship in the range of 0.02~0.4 g/100 mL was good, the equation was obtained was y=1.58342×106x-2448.85 with the correla-tion coefficient of 0.9998, the recovery rate was 97.5%to 105%, and the detection limit was 0.0002 g/100 mL. This method had the advantag-es including high accuracy, simple operation, and good stability.
