基于传统青少年赛艇运动员有氧训练模式存在的缺陷,选取青少年男子赛艇运动员8周“多课次”训练进行研究,通过比较训练前后某些有氧能力相关指标的变化,对“多课次”训练手段与传统训练手段进行比较,试图在理论水平上揭示“多课次”训练手段的优点,以期能摸索到有效的青少年赛艇运动训练手段。%For the defect of aerobic exercise form of traditional young rowing athletes, the article choose eight-weeks young man rowing athletes to do‘more class’training, by comparing the change index of aerobic capacity before and after training, it compares‘more class’training and traditional training to reveals the advantage of‘more class’in theory level in order to explore the effective young rowing training methods.
