The present invention relates to a study on the reduction in depression and stress according to whether or not a person raises an animal companion. The present invention studies recognition of an animal companion, fellowship with the animal companion, a correlation between the animal companion and depression, and a degree of the animal companion and stress. A SPSS program ver 19.0 statistical analysis program is used for data processing. A factor analysis, a reliability analysis, t verification, F verification, a correlation analysis, and a frequency analysis are used for a verification method. The factor analysis and the reliability analysis are performed in order to investigate reliability.
