网络法律文化的构建工作探析

Concentrating on the construction of network legal culture, this paper expounds the characteristics of the network legal culture and analyzes the problems and conflicts existing in the current network construction. Fur-thermore, this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the construction of network legal culture.%围绕网络法律文化的构建工作，在对网络法律文化的特征进行全面论述的基础上，对当前网络法律文化构建中存在的一些问题、矛盾点进行了深入的研究，就优化网络法律文化构建工作的具体策略进行了详细介绍。
