教育国际化背景下中国高校对外合作办学规模不断扩大,但教育部中外合作办学监管工作信息平台公布的数据显示中外合作办学质量低且对象单一,未能有效吸引和利用国外优质教育资源.高校中外合作办学发展需要重构优势教育资源的内涵,坚持"和而不同"的办学理念,实现办学内部的协同创新.%Under the trend of internationalization of education, the scale of Chinese-foreign cooperative education has been expanded.But the data published by ministry of education supervision information platform shows the low quality and single objects of Chinese-foreign cooperative education, which failed to attract and utilize the superior educational resources of the foreign countries.By rethinking about the connotation of superior educational resources and using "harmony but not sameness" concept, the collaborative innovation could be achieved.
