大鼠嗅觉区脑电信号检测与处理技术研究

     

摘要

设计一种大鼠嗅觉诱发电位的脑电信号(Electroencephalogram,EEG)采集和处理系统,系统可以对受到嗅觉刺激时的大鼠诱发脑电信号进行处理和分析.系统的检测电极置于大鼠大脑的嗅前核区和海马区,信号采集预处理电路包括前级信号放大器、高通滤波器、低通滤波器、可变增益信号放大器、50 Hz陷波器等.系统控制模块采用MSP430低功耗芯片,采用nRF24L01无线通信模块将采集到的信号传给上位机,然后上位机程序对大鼠的嗅觉诱发信号进行处理、分析、显示.实验表明,系统能够较好的获取大鼠嗅觉诱发脑电信号.数据处理结果显示,有刺激时的脑电信号和无刺激时的脑电信号相比,信号幅值增大、复杂度降低.所以此系统可用于对爆炸物的探测.%A signal sampling and processing system of Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal of rat Olfactory Evoked Potential (OEP) is designed, which processes and analyzes the Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal with different olfactory source stimulation. The detection electrodes of the system are placed in the Anterior Olfactory Nucleus (AON) and Hippocampus of the rat brain. The signal preprocessing circuit including preamplifier circuit, high-pass filter, low-pass filter, variable gain circuit and 50 Hz-trap filter, etc. MSP430 low-power chip is used in the control module of system, and the nRF24L01 Wireless communication module is employed to put the signals to the host computer to process, analyze and display the OEP of rat. Experiments show that the signal of OEP is obtained by the system. The result shows: Compared with unstirred brain signals, the amplitude of stimulated brain signal is increased and the complextity is reduced. In summary, this system can be used for detecting exploder. So, the system can be used for the detection of explosives.
