天然岩沥青改性沥青性能及改性机理研究

     

摘要

以埃索AH-70#沥青作为基质沥青,通过不同掺量的岩沥青改性沥青性能试验,研究了岩沥青掺量对改性沥青使用性能的影响;通过沥青4组分试验和红外光谱、荧光显微和DSC差热分析,从微观角度探讨分析了岩沥青的改性机理和改性行为.结果表明:加入岩沥青后沥青胶结料的软化点升高,针入度和150℃延度降低,沥青的高温稳定性和温度敏感性得到提高,且随着掺量的增加变化幅度增大;RTFOT和PAV老化后,改性沥青软化点和针入度比增加,抗老化性能得到改善;岩沥青改性后沥青的饱和分、芳香分含量降低,胶质、沥青质含量增多,大幅提高了沥青黏附性;岩沥青粉在与沥青充分混合状态下吸收沥青轻质组分而熔胀,岩沥青的掺入改变了自由沥青的胶体体系的平衡状态,而新的平衡体系的建立对改性沥青的温度稳定性和感温性产生了重大影响.%Taking the Esso AH-7O as base asphalt,the performances of modified asphalt with different contents of rock asphalt were studied by a series of tests. The modification mechanism of rock asphalt was researched from Micro-perspective from the microcosmic view by the asphalt component tests, the infrared spectrometer, fluorescence microscope and DSC difference calorimeter. The results indicate that the softening point was increased, the penetration index and the ductility were reduced, the high temperature stability was enhanced greatly and the thermal susceptibility was declined after bitumen modification; the softening point and the penetration ratio were raised and the ageing resistance was strengthened after RTFOT aging and PAV aging; the content of saturated fragrance and arene were decreased, the contents of bitumen resin and asphaltine were increased and the adhesivity also was increased; the equilibrium state of colloidal system of base asphalt was changed after mingling with the rock asphalt mixture and the new colloid system was set up, which plays a important role in the high temperature stability and the thermal susceptibility of mortified bitumen.
