基于层间剪切的沥青路面粘层力学性能研究

         

摘要

In order to study the mechanical properties of the asphalt pavement adhesive layer materials,the interlaminar shear test is carried out.Made Marshall specimen,the combination of the specimen surface under the condition of a variety of direct shear test is executed by the independent development direct shear apparatus,the interlayer shear strength and adhesive layer material and dosage of the relationship are analyzed.By linear regression 50 ℃ interlayer shear strength Mohr-ulan bator theory fitting chart and the corresponding c,ψparameter value are obtained.The results of the study show that:as pavement adhesive layer materials,SBS modified emulsified asphalt performance than the ordinary emulsified asphalt,the best dosage 0.4 kg/m2,add 3% cement SBS modified emulsified asphalt adhesive layer material immersion strength increased nearly 20 %.%为了研究沥青路面粘层材料的力学性能,开展了层间剪切试验.室内制作了马歇尔试件,采用自主开发的直剪仪对试件的结合面进行了多种条件下的直剪试验,分析了层间抗剪强度与粘层材料及用量的关系,通过线性回归得到了50℃层间抗剪强度莫尔库伦理论拟合图及对应的c,ψ参数值.研究结果表明:作为路面粘层材料,SBS改性乳化沥青性能优于普通乳化沥青,最佳用量为0.4 kg/m2,加入3%水泥的SBS改性乳化沥青粘层材料浸水强度提高近20%.
