沥青混凝土高模量剂的最佳掺量确定方法探究

         

摘要

高模量沥青混凝土由于可以适度减少或延缓沥青路面车辙病害的产生而在沥青路面中逐步得到应用.在实际工程应用中,如何确定高模量剂的最佳掺量一直以来是个难题,至今没有一种明确的方法.文中以某路面工程实际应用的HM AC-25高模量沥青混凝土为例,采用外掺法,分别掺加0.0%,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%的高模量剂,采集相关路用性能指标,通过灰关联分析统计方法,分析高模量剂掺量的变化与路用性能指标之间的关系,寻求确定高模量剂最佳掺量的重要因素和非重要因素,提出了高模量沥青混凝土的高模量剂最佳掺量的确定方法.%High modulus asphalt concrete has been gradually applied in asphalt pavement because it can moderately reduce or delay the rutting disease of asphalt pavement .It has always been a difficult problem to determine the optimum dosage of high modulus additive in practical engineering applica-tions ,so far there is no clear method .To be an example ,HMAC-25 high modulus asphalt concrete is applied in a practical pavement engineering .Using the external-adding method ,the asphalt concrete is blended with high modulus additive of 0% 、0 .3% 、0 .6% and 0 .9% dosage ,separately .And the rele-vant pavement performance indexes are collected .The relationship between the pavement performance and the dosage of high modulus additive is also analyzed by means of the grey relational analysis statis-tical method ,and the important factors and unimportant factors in determining the optimal dosage of high modulus additive is obtained .Finally ,a method to determine the optimal dosage of high modulus additive of high modulus asphalt concrete is proposed .
